Returns & Refund Policy

At Partenope, every detail is crafted with precision and pride.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of personal grooming products, we can only accept returns on items that are:

✔ Completely unused
✔ Unopened and sealed in the original Partenope packaging
✔ Returned in full with all components included
✔ Sent back within 14 days of receiving your order

Once a seal is broken or a product has been opened, we cannot accept a return for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Provide:
• Full name
• Order number
• Reason for return

We will share the return address for our European processing facility.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing typically takes 3–7 business days
• Your bank/payment provider may require additional time to finalise the refund

You will be notified as soon as your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery
• Include photographs of the issue and the packaging
• Keep all packaging and items until the issue is resolved

We will arrange a swift replacement at no cost to you.

Missing Parcels

Partenope is not liable for:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses entered at checkout
• Parcels requested to be left in unsecured locations

If your order appears delayed or missing, please email us.
A replacement/refund may only be issued after the courier’s investigation period.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Import fees may apply depending on regional regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
